GoKalAI provides automated and two-way SMS/MMS messaging that responds to customers who call or contact a home-service business, collects job details and photos, provides estimates, and helps schedule service.

SMS messaging terms

• Program description: When you call or message a participating business, you may receive automated and conversational text messages about your service request.
• Consent: By contacting the business or providing your number, you agree to receive these messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency: Varies based on your interaction.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop messages. You will receive one confirmation, then no further messages.
