GoKalAI ("we," "us") provides voice and text AI services for businesses. This policy covers our website, demo requests, and GoKalAI’s own demo-related SMS program.

Information we collect

When you request a demo, we collect your name, email, optional mobile number, business name, and the details you submit. We record your SMS consent choice, the disclosure version and text shown, submission time, and opt-in page URL. We use a temporary hashed network identifier to help prevent form abuse.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, arrange your demo, and provide related support. If you choose SMS, GoKalAI may text you scheduling confirmations, reminders, and follow-up responses about your demo request.

SMS consent and choices

You opt in by entering your mobile number and selecting the optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox on our demo request form, then submitting the form. Providing your number alone does not give SMS consent. You can request a demo without opting in, and consent is not a condition of purchase. This consent applies only to GoKalAI’s demo messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. See our Terms of Service for the SMS program terms.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use service providers, including hosting and messaging providers, to store and process data only as needed to operate our services. We may disclose information where legally required. SMS consent is not transferred to other businesses.

Data retention and security

Demo requests and consent records are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare. We retain information as needed to respond to requests, document consent, honor opt-outs, and meet applicable obligations. We limit access to authorized personnel and service providers.
